Andy Chaikin isn't a household name but he has authored probably the most definitive book of the Apollo Space Program "A Man on the Moon". This book was later to become the inspiration for Tom Hank's "From the Earth to the Moon".

I was fortunate enough to meet Mr. Chaikin at the Space Walk of Fame n Florida in 2002.
